As a Registered Nurse for 40 years, co-author Viki Goldberg has extensive knowledge regarding health and eating.


As the sole provider for her family, she created healthy meals on a shoestring budget, which she shares in BOD-Ē-NOMICS.


She won the National Institute of Health Grant, receiving a fellowship to Columbia University’s Graduate School.


She is an accomplished entertainer, having performed as a stand up comic in several Westchester clubs.

As a Massage Therapist for 15 years, business owner and co-author Wendy Schweifler has knowledge on anatomy, nutrition and how people spend their money.


She is a graduate of Grand Valley State University.
